JASON P. REIMBOLD graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor Degree in Finance. Mr. Reimbold has 4 years experience in energy finance working as a financial analyst, energy investment consultant, and a Director of Capital Markets with a focus on acquisition and divestment advisory services. Mr. Reimbold has also been published in various trade journals including the American Oil & Gas Reporter and Oil & Gas Financial Journal.

2009 – Present:
Mr. Reimbold is a Vice President of Investment Banking. Mr. Reimbold joined The Rodman Energy Group May of 2009 and is responsible for originating and executing acquisition and divestment transactions for public and private energy companies. Mr. Reimbold assists clients with structuring and closing asset divestment transactions and identifying acquisition targets and potential joint venture partners.

September 2007 – May 2009:
Mr. Reimbold was Vice President of the Theseus Group, LLC, an Oklahoma City, OK based energy M&A advisory firm which entered into a joint venture with PLS, Inc in 2008.  At PLS, Mr. Reimbold served as Director of Capital Markets and was responsible for the origination and execution of oil & gas divestments as well as providing buy-side advisory services to clients.

June 2006 – September 2007:
Mr. Reimbold was employed as a Financial Analyst for the Bank of Oklahoma Energy Group. Mr. Reimbold was responsible for performing credit analysis and due diligence on clients and potential commercial banking clients. Mr. Reimbold’s responsibilities also included organizing the energy group’s semi-annual Energy Outlook Report for the bank’s Senior Credit Committee.

March 2005 – June 2006:
Mr. Reimbold worked as a Financial Analyst for Ensaga Energy, LLC in Tulsa, OK. At Ensaga, Mr. Reimbold was responsible for writing the company’s business plan, conducting energy market research and analysis, and preparing public speeches for the company’s principal.
